IASME
IASME offers a range of effective and affordable cyber security and counter fraud certifications including:
Cyber Essentials – the Government approved scheme that includes five technical controls that help protect organisations of all sizes from the majority of commodity cyber attacks. It is now widely considered the minimum level of cyber security for all businesses. IASME is proud to be the National Cyber Security Centre’s Cyber Essentials Delivery Partner.
IASME Governance – a comprehensive, flexible and affordable cyber security standard offering organisations and their supply chains a legitimate alternative to ISO 271001.
IASME has also innovated to expand its range of certifications to cover counter fraud, IoT devices, CAA ASSURE and marine vessels.
Through the development of its security certification schemes, IASME has made a positive impact on the security of the UK. About 2,000 companies are certified to one of our cyber security certifications each month, most of these having had to make improvements in cyber security to their organisation before achieving certification. Last year a total of 1518 Cyber Essential certifications were in Scotland.
IASME has also helped grow the cyber security industry and expertise across the UK by licencing the assessment of the schemes to a network of over 290 cyber security Certification Bodies across the UK and Crown Dependencies including 25 Certification Bodies in Scotland.
IASME is committed to supporting small organisations in their cyber security journey and provides accessible guidance to help non-technical business owners understand the controls. The interactive Cyber Essentials Readiness Tool, is a great place to start for those organisations that are not yet ready to certify.
